About

Yia-Loren is a multidimensional creative from Trinidad and Tobago with a history of working in the arts industry. Holding a Master of Arts (MA) in Art and Design from Loughborough University, she is the Founder & Creative Director of YIA Designs alongside her role as a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. She is also a Professional Dancer certified by the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD), through Caribbean School of Dancing and Metamorphosis Dance Company.

 

Crafting functional art and immersive experiences through mediums of visual storytelling and copper lighting sculptures, she leads projects that inspire transformation, from brand identities and artistic installations, to community-based healing through mindful art and somatic movement.​​
